You could always just take the PDFs down to your local copy shop. Plastic comb binding or 3-ring binders are better, IMNSHO, than the usual glue or wire-spiral binding. Tech references get a lot of wear and tear, and it's nice to be able to replace individual pages.

Apple's pushing documentation updates out fairly frequently these days though. That's a huge improvement over the "bad old days" of "Documentation Forthcoming", but it does mean that your printed docs would be outdated pretty quickly.
