No apology necessary; I'm glad to have another confirmation :).  I spent quite a while trying to get my project to link, even using PDFKit.framework directly, and couldn't get it to work.  PDFKit has a lot of cool functionality, but trying to use anything beyond the basics can be problematic (the only way I could get a zoom popup in the horizontal scroller of a PDFView subclass was to use some nasty hacks).
