Cannot get frameworks to load from bundle

I am trying to get my application to load frameworks from the bundle and for some odd reason, suddenly it will not load them. It is trying to link with frameworks that should not ever be a part of the application. Meaning, I have a set of frameworks built for universal support and a set for ppc only. For some reason the app is ignoring the ones copied in to the app bundle and trying to load the ones for ppc only. I have gone over making sue it is linked to the correct frameworks several times and it seems to make no difference. Can so one help me?
