Determining when a token is selected

I have an NSTokenField and need to know when the user clicks/selects a token. The token field is non-editable and thus I cannot used editing notification.

Generally, are there any tutorials on token fields as I am having difficulty finding anything and I am unable to search the Cocoa email list archives as it always give me an error.
