Show a window from another nib

Hi.

I guess that this has been solved many times before, but I can't find it in the archives or on ADC. Is there a guide or any other information on how I do to show a window that is in another nib file? Say I have a file named Preferences.nib that have a panel inside. Then I want the Preference menu item to bring up that panel. That's really easy if the panel is inside MainMenu.nib. All information I have found so far is that it has something to do with loadNibNamed. I have searched the ADC website many times but I can't find anything else except for that. Where should I start looking? Is there a document on ADC that I might find helpful?

Marcus
