Don't you get it? Shut up about Leopard already....
That's unnecessary and rather offensive.
This latest post of Tom's wasn't about anything under NDA. Talking
about Leopard and needing a better line of communications doesn't
hurt anything.
It *is*, however, off-topic for this list.

There is no forum for this at this point. I'd suggest
talking to ADC
and letting them know that this is needed (I'm sure they're already
aware of it, but more people letting them know is always helpful)
No offense, but you might as well just talk to the wall. DTS has
refused to answer Leopard questions I've sent, telling me instead to
file bugs. So I did, but the bugs just sit there as "open" with no
response.
It's a nice idea that we could contact Apple with Leopard questions,
but in practice it's a waste of time. If you encounter something on
Leopard that doesn't work as expected, you're on your own, and good
luck to you, because you'll need it.
I'm sure there's a good reason or two for this, but the end result is
that the common refrain of "contact ADC regarding questions on things
covered by NDA" is really a pointless response.
