I feel like I'm missing something incredibly obvious, but I have tried googling and playing around with Interface Builder and haven't found anything. How do I create draggable divider lines and boxes like in Mail and iTunes?

Select two views and Layout -> Make subviews of -> Split View. The vertical splits in iTunes and Mail are custom, though.
