This is what I was told by engineering, not something I actually
investigated up myself. Engineering reviewed the document, so I'm
confident that this is what the current recommendations are.
It's been a long standing issue that sibling views shouldn't overlap.
While I believe progress may have been made in this regard, it is
still the recommendation that you do not overlap sibling views.
