[ANN] SSCrypto framework update

  • Subject: [ANN] SSCrypto framework update
  • From: Ed Silva <email@hidden>

SSCrypto is an open source (BSD licensed) Cocoa framework that provides a simple wrapper around OpenSSL library functions for encryption, decryption (both symmetric and RSA) and digest functions (MD5, SHA1). It also encodes and decodes base64 data.

Thanks to recent contributions from Robbie Hanson the SSCrypto framework has been improved on and many bugs have been fixed.

There is a public (read only) subversion repository at:

http://www.septicus.com/SSCrypto/

To check out the latest:

svn co http://www.septicus.com/SSCrypto/trunk/ ./SSCrypto

SSCrypto home page:

http://www.septicus.com/products/opensource/

This version has API changes from the last version, so existing applications may require minor changes.

As always feedback and contributions are always welcome!

Yours,

Ed Silva, Septicus Software
