Yes, I have similar problems.  I don't know what to do about it,
yet.  I'm not worrying about it, yet.

If you have your delegate respond to the outlineViewColumnDidResize notification you can tell the outline view setNeedsDisplay:YES and it should correct the drawing glitch. There is probably a better way to *solve* it, but this helps minimize the annoyance.
