Hi. I am writing an NSStatusItem, and I want it to display a read-only
NSTextView instead of a menu when someone clicks on it. Does anyone
know how I would begin to do this?

As an example, the volume control menu extra shows a vertical slider,
so it seems that I should be able to do what I want -- that is, make
something other than a menu appear when I click my status item's icon.
