I am getting the following compiler warning for core data:
"-- relationship has -No Action- for delete rule, this is an advanced
setting".
Which is fine and I understand the issues. However, how can I stop
the warning from getting generated?

Bring up the build settings inspector for your target.
One of the settings is labeled "Suppress warnings". That'll turn of
Core Data model compiling warnings.
