Sharing a single menu among multiple nibs?

Hi - Can anyone point me in the right direction here? I've been searching the archives and google and I'm stumped.

In addition to the main menu, my app has numerous near-identical contextual menus on various views. Up until now, each nib has contained its own copy of this menu as a direct outlet. If I make a change to one of these menus, I have to make the same change to all of the them. I want to have a single Nib with just one definition of the menu that all relevant views load at runtime using the bundle. I know how to load images etc from other nibs, but not this menu instance.

Any ideas?
