Hanging after autorelease...

  • Subject: Hanging after autorelease...

I have a rather large application where when I release a certain very large set of data, the next trip through the runloop will cause the application to hang when the autorelease stuff is being taken care of.

The debugger is of no help, giving something like:

Unable to restore previously selected frame: Unable to restore previously selected frame: Unable to restore previously selected frame: Cannot access memory at address 0x4 Cannot access memory at address 0x4

	Unable to disassemble objc_msgSend_rtp.

objc_msgSend_rtp is also the only thing in the call stack.

Did anybody else experience this? Any idea how I can debug this?

Thanks

Gerd
