Per the list guidelines (<http://lists.apple.com/archives/Cocoa-dev/2007/Apr/msg00476.html >), members are expected to expend reasonable efforts in finding an answer to their questions. The list is not a first resort.

If you frequently ask questions that can readily be answered by a simple search of the documentation or the web (some questions can be answered by entering the subject line as a search term in Google...), then you are likely to be moderated.
