       Hi Glen,

 if what you're printing is an NSView, you should use
the method

 -(BOOL) knowsPageRange: (NSRangePointer) r

To customize headers and footers, override the
methods -(NSAttributedString*) pageHeader
and -(NSAttributedString*) pageFooter.
 See the NSView class reference in the documentation.
