Bindings behavior when both NSValueTransformerNameBindingOption and NSValueTransformerBindingOption are present?

When the bindings dictionary is over-specified, and both NSValueTransformerNameBindingOption and NSValueTransformerBindingOption are present, does Cocoa consistent prefer one over the other?

(I know there is really no legitimate reason to specify both, but I'm trying to decide how my re-usable view class which supports bindings should behave in the case that they both are specified.)

Jim
