Accessing getPixel of NSBitmapImageRep Class from applescript or javascript

I use "do javascript" from within applescripts and I
want to write some code that uses the Application Kit
and include it in the javascript.

Applescript is used to automate Photoshop. I start
with an open picture and an x,y location in it and I
want the Applicaion kit to fetch the RGB color at that
location and send it back to the javascript.

If this is possible, in broad terms and simple
english, can someone sketch the steps.

Thanks
Rick Tschudin
