How to change input managers on Leopard

Hi all,
I want to change the current input manager to another one by code.
But,
[NSInputManager cycleToNextInputLanguage:nil];
[NSInputManager cycleToNextInputServerInLanguage:nil];
doesn't work anymore on Leopard.
It seems to have no effect.
Does any one know how to do it effectively?
And another question related to this topic.
How can I know what is the current input manager?
I tried,
NSLog(@"%p", [NSInputManager currentInputManager]);
NSLog(@"%@", [[NSInputManager currentInputManager] language]);
NSLog(@"%@", [[NSInputManager currentInputManager]
localizedInputManagerName]);
I just got the same result always,
0x145810
nil
nil
even when the current input manager is for English or for Japanese.
