Users can specify that an application appears in all spaces in System
Preferences.

Hi
we write software in essence to control/support our (audio) hardware
products.
One of our products has what we call a popup to show various settings
easily when you change them from the device itself.
It looks/acts very similar to the audio level popup you get when you
press the Apple keyboard volume keys.
Under Leopard this always shows up in the first space, while we would
like this sort of popup to always show up in the currently visible
space.
Is there any way to accomplish this or some new spaces-related API
anyone can point me to.
Thanks a lot,
Kevin
