Nope. No one gets to make new identifiers with the NS prefix except Apple (in fact, only the AppKit/Foundation team inside Apple.)
Doing otherwise defeats the purpose of having namespaces.
Pick your own two- or three-letter prefix, make sure no one else is using it, and use that instead.
