macProVideo.com, a leading global publisher of software tutorial-
videos, requires a Senior Mac Developer with experience creating
Multimedia applications.
Our company is expanding and we have several educational software
products in development. Each of these applications is designed to
enhance our video-tutorials, so a strong knowledge of multimedia
programming is required. If coding Audio & Video applications for the
Mac is your dream job, we need you!
We're looking for a coder/guru to become the keeper of our code! As
our resident Mac guru, you will:
• Build the Mac side of our software development division.
• Work with the Publisher to conceptualize and code revolutionary
educational software.
This is a senior position, and the successful candidate will have a
demonstrable history of coding Mac software. The following skills are
also required:
• Superior understanding of XCode and Cocoa
• Strong & demonstrable experience coding with the QuickTime
architecture
• Solid understanding of Core Graphics and Core Animation
• Some knowledge of Core Audio and/or audio driver construction
The successful candidate will undertake a 3-month trial contract. If
all milestones are met during the contract period, the position will
resolve to full time with benefits, with relocation to our Vancouver
office. Pay is according to experience, but above industry standard.
