This incident is currently being investigated.

I'm assuming this should be obvious, but sending that kind of message to a list subscriber, even in private email, is wholly unacceptable.

Doing so will result in moderation at a minimum and further action at the admins' discretion. Also, please keep in mind that new subscribers are currently moderated until it is obvious that they'll play by the rules. This is an unfortunate side effect of just this type of behavior (to prevent wack-a-mole subscriptions).

Anyone who receives this type of message from any list subscriber should forward the message to the admins immediately.
