NSInteger problem

All of a sudden NSInteger does not seem to be defined when I compile. I was working with table views and in all the function names that included a NSInteger variable I got an error. I do not know what I changed, but it seems I've done something that has caused this. I even went so far as to place #import <Foundation/NSObjCRuntime.h> at the very top of the import list but it makes no difference.

Does any one have any ideas?
