Serious problems in Interface Builder (bug?). Please help! [resolved]

Hi everyone. I just came to a solution.

If you click on the resize button of any window in IB, it sets the window width and height to 0 or a negative value (for me it is -22).
It does not seem to happen always, but if you just create a new app and click on the resize button, it happens always. The window in my app was not a new one, so be careful.

I will file the bug to Apple.
Cheers.
