Is there an IB 3.0 plugin exchange I haven't been able to find through Google? Some place where developers could share or trade IB plugins they've built?

Specifically, I'm looking for the darker look-and-feel of Apple's Pro apps, like Aperture and MainStage from Logic Studio, in particular.
