Installing Spin Control alone

Hi all,

I am sending this mail to this list because it is part of debugging cocoa
application.

I have implemented an application which hangs rarely on user's machine. To
find out the cause, I to install "Spin control" application on user's
machine but without needing to install XCode. I did copying only that
application(without installing xcode) to user's machine but it gets crashed,
I also copied DevToolsRemoteClient.framework at
/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks but it again crashed. So how to install
only spin control application without needing to install an Xcode?

Regards,
Palav
