These are the rules provided by WWDR and others.

You just
have to use the appropriate Apple forum.  Apple's support forums have
a "developer" section with no shortage of iPhone discussion.  Apple
hosts it and nobody seems to mind.

And you're still breaking your NDA with all the same legal ramifications.
