D'oh; I forgot I have a category for that too in NSMutableData:
- (void)appendByte:(u_int8_t)aByte
{
[self appendBytes:&aByte length:1];
}
A traceback would be good, too. Is the guard_malloc error in the
OP's function, or in Apple's code somewhere?
It's in my method. As I tried to point out, the crash occurs when
trying to set returnArray[0] to the mutableBytes of the data.
