OK, found a really easy solution - I just use a magic number in the
contextual menu item's tag. I'm guessing that for commands such as
Paste the tag would generally not have much to do.

I'd like to treat the Paste command that comes from the main Edit

I want to position the object based on the mouse, for the main menu
it just centres it in the view. What's a good way to tell them apart?
