I've updated the .xib at:

http://ericgorr.net/MyDocument.xib.zip

Run this through the simulator.

Shrink the window to it's smallest height and either keep the width the same or feel free to make the window wider.

Grow the window again to the height it was before.

The 'Label' text will be gone. The 'Label 2' text will still be there.

Why?

In my real application, the custom view, which contains the 'Label' and 'Label 2' text, must resize itself as the window size changes. So, all of it's struts and springs are turned on.
