Making an NSOutlineView by Default have 1 Parent and 1 Child.

What I am trying to do is that when my App is first opened the NSOutlineView will already have A Parent and A Child, the child being inside the parent, like in this picture, http://www.grabup.com/uploads/7490ffebda697ef976c3d6a3b57323ba.png.

What code would I need to do this?

Thanks,
Josh.
