You can enter a multi-line title in IB by typing Option-Return instead of Return, but it won't look like your screenshot because the circle icon is centered vertically in the cell.
Note that if you use the adjacent text field, it will work slightly differently than a normal radio button, because normally you can click anywhere on the title to select a radio button. Of course, you can make it work like that with a little more code. Just thought I'd point it out in case it matters to you.
