I mean, it's enough scrolls is set only for Text Field Cell or *must* be set for both, Table View *and* Text Field Cell?

Sorry if my question is stupid but I'm just learning cocoa and before ask here I've googled a lot.

I think that only the text cell settings matter here. The other setting is inherited from NSControl and I'm not sure if it's actually used by NSTableView.
