UIView hidden - still drawing the subviews?

  • Subject: UIView hidden - still drawing the subviews?

Hi

I've a UIView with some subviews (most of them are UIButtons).

When I hide an UIView (setHidden:YES), I expect that the subviews are also hidden (not drawed)... but the subviews are still visible when I run my code.

How can I hide the subviews when I hide a UIView? Should I create a subclass and overwrite the setHidden: method (and recall setHidden on every subview) or is there a better way to do this?

Kind regards
Jelle
