How to create Entity with next content:

schema:
Center of telecommunication | City

content:
1 | 1
1 | 2
1 | 3
2 | 4
2 | 5
2 | 6
2 | 7
... | ...

for use in two NSComboBox in next rules:

1) Choose Center of Telecommunication
2) Choose City (restricted list by choosing Center of Telecommunication)
