Remembering that **they aren't called "Wizards"**. That's Windows terminology. Mac OS X calls them "Assistants" or "Setup Assistants", and there's a section in the HIG about them:

<http://developer.apple.com/Mac/library/documentation/UserExperience/Conceptual/AppleHIGuidelines/XHIGInstallationsUpdates/XHIGInstallationsUpdates.html>

As others have said, it's best to avoid these kinds of things if at all possible. There are many instances on Windows where the system (or some program) asks you lots of questions in a wizard dialog that Mac OS X and typical Mac OS X applications will simply figure out for themselves.

Kind regards,

Alastair.
