Crash on Snow Leopard in _LSAcquireIconRefForURL

  • Subject: Crash on Snow Leopard in _LSAcquireIconRefForURL

I'm seeing an identical crash to this one reported in September 2009:

http://lists.apple.com/archives/Cocoa-dev/2009/Sep/msg01781.html

There's no resolution in that thread so I was wondering whether anyone had any ideas on how to circumvent this.

I overrode _notePendingRecentDocumentURLsForKey: and that stops it from crashing but I'm not sure that's the best course of action.

Thanks,
Dusan
