NSComboBox or Better Choice

I would like to display an image and descriptive text is some sort of popup list such as an NSComboBox.

Can the NSComboBoxCell draw method be overridden to display an image along with text?

Or, what is the best way to accomplish a pop up list of images and descriptive text?
