  • Thread-topic: Not able to export the data from Dtrace custom Instruments

Dear list,

I am facing an issue with instruments tool in exporting the data using a Dtrace custom instrument. I have created the new instrument with the probe of type 'Objective-C' and one of my class. When I start record, it will record all the functions/methods with respect to the use-case, which are present in class.

We can see the call tree or the list of events in the instruments. When I export the event list, the csv file is getting created successfully. But when I choose the call tree option, an empty csv file is getting created. I need the call tree data in csv to measure the performance.

Please help me if anybody has worked on this earlier.

Thanks,
vijay
