Armand,
Yes. When you go into the Color Picker in Photoshop, you'll see the Gamut
warning color chip when you select that breakdown (probably, since your
print color is off). If you click on the gamut warning chip, what does your
blue chop down to? On my system, it went to 159 using a custom offset
profile (R and G adjusted a bit, too).
