ProfileMaker 4.0 Settings

Hi all,

I need the layman's explanation of the following ProfileMaker settings:
Black Width, Balance Black Point, Preserve Gray vs. Paper Gray and Logo
Classic Mapping vs. Logo Chroma Plus. I'll be making output profiles for
separations and proofing devices.

I'm not satisfied with the on-line documentation (I really wish they had
written a Postscriptum on Color Management for 4.0), so I wanted to turn to
this group for the answers.
