Rick,
If you are sending the Fiery CMYK values (via color management/direct CMYK),
then all you need to do is either set your CMYK Simulation to NONE (this
only passes the inbound CMYK data through the current calibration curve on
the Fiery) or Match Copy (not even calibration is used to alter the data).
I've had better results using NONE, however.
You can set CMYK simulation to NONE in Fiery Setup to make it permanent and
global, but in order to use Match Copy all the time, you'd have to change it
in Properties (Windows) or by Saving Settings (Mac OS) in the print window.
