Well, you can certainly get the Lab values with just what you have using
Gretag's "freeware" Measure Tool and if it's density you want (and much
more), there's always Gretag's Key Wizard application.
RGB is altogether different. RGB values would have to be taken in the
context of an ICC profile or RGB working space definition. Now, you COULD
measure the target with Measure Tool, save this Lab/XYZ data, import this
into Logo ColorLab, convert to a working space profile and go from there.
Optionally, you could export the Lab measurement data as a TIFF, again using
ColorLab, and bring this into Photoshop for further analysis or conversion
to profiles. Whichever.
