Tony,
You seem to have posted your message to the wrong list; this is the Apple
Colorsync Users list! I suggest you repost to:-
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/epson2200/ or
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/EPSON_Printers/.
There is a 2100 list, but it seems to be moribund.
Bob Frost.

On Windows platform installing an RGB printer such as an Epson 2100
results in a default profile being associated with the printer. This is
usually identified in the Printer Properties Color Management dialogue
as a number such as EE177_1.ICM. It appears in the list of Print Space
Profiles in PS Print with Preview as the name of the printer eg Stylus
Photo 2100/2200.
Can anyone throw any light on exactly what this profile does and how it
affects settings in the Printer Driver dialogues?
In particular, what effect does it have when selecting No Color
Adjustment mode?
Also, in Print with Preview, what is the difference between selecting
Printer Color Management and selecting the specific Printer as shown by
the name associated with this default profile?
