Hi List,
I am somewhat puzzled. While searching the archives i found this post:
http://lists.apple.com/archives/colorsync-users/2004/Jan/msg00538.html
In this post is explained (if i understand correctly) how to convert a RGB jpg to a CMYK tiff
<quote>
Here's how to call sips to match an image from its original space to a CMYK tiff:
sips /foo/origing.jpg --setProperty format tiff --matchTo /System/Library/ColorSync/Profiles/Generic\ CMYK\ Profile.icc --out /foo/new.tiff
</quote >
But when i try to perform this action, sips gives me this: "Error: Could not export to file format in CMYK colorspace"
Is it possible to use sips to change colorspaces (RGB <--> CMYK)?
Kind regards.
