You can try this, but you have to be aware that the bias controls
adjust the offset of the video signal. This could cause a color shift
in the shadows (would get corrected later in the LUT of the graphics
card). I normally would leave them alone, except your calibration
package would allow to set the RGB bias (like the automaticly
hardwarecalibrated Sony Artisan or Quato Color Station series).

What can't be calibrated in the hardware will be written to the LUT of
the graphics card anyway (with most, if not all calibration
solutions).
