I haven't tried it, but as far as I know dual-headed cards on OS X are
treated as two displays. On Windows XP they are treated as a single
device and only one profile can be associated with a device at a time.
I can verify that it works fine under OS X; the one exception that I have seen has been that Spyder2PRO through version 1.0.5 would get confused if both monitors reported the same name. This has been remedied with the 1.0.6 update available at the ColorVision.com website, so that "twin" monitors are properly distinguished.
