For the last time Marco, he is trying to profile an RGB inkjet printer.
While you procedure will probably work with a CMYK printer it will
not work with any RGB printer.

OK on my CS3 under Output the pulldown next to "Color" says
"composite RGB"

That may be what it says now, but when you click on that pulldown
menu do you see the "Composite Leave Unchanged" menu item? That's
the one to activate.
3) In the "Color Management" tab, under "Color Handling" (in the
"Options"
section), choose "No Color Management".
I know what you mean by Color Management tab and where Color
Handling is in
the Options section is but I don't have the No Color Management
option.
The "No Color Management" menu item will appear among the Color
Management's Color Handling options only if you activate "Composite
Leave Unchanged" in the Output tab. That is the "catch" of this
whole procedure: no "Composite Leave Unchanged", no "No Color
Management" option.
I don't have options. I have Let Indesign Determine Colors. Click
on the drop
down but there's no other options.
See above.
Marco by all the tiny differences in what you say and what I see
might you
be thinking of InDesign 2.0?
No, I'm describing the procedure in InDesign CS3 (v 5.0.1).
Otherwise I'm stumped as to why the small differences in terminology
and the major omission of No Color Management
It will appear after you activate the "Composite Leave Unchanged"
option.
Best regards.
