Problem fixed although I don't know why this worked.

In Displays, Color, I saw two profiles for my display with the same name. One would toggle on a "Delete" button so I figured, what the heck, I'll kill it and see what happens. First launch of the CS utility, I got my UI for Quartz Filters back. Go figure. But the ColorSync utility is filled with so many such hurt me buttons.
